Mark attained an LLB and LLM in International and Business from Keele University in 2020 and an LPC with LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Law in 2022.
Mark has worked at ITN as a Legal intern in the intellectual property department and as a File Handler at UKExpert Medical. He joined TDS Law in 2024.
Mark was drawn to a career in law due to his strong interest in justice, problem-solving and advocating for others.
He approaches working with clients by actively listening to their concerns, understanding their goals, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process. When solving legal problems, he analyses the situation thoroughly, researches applicable laws and provides a solution tailored to his clients’ needs. For Mark, collaboration and transparency are vital to building trust and achieving the best outcome.
As a paralegal, Mark enjoys the opportunity to support clients and lawyers in navigating complex legal issues. He finds satisfaction in conducting research, organising case materials and the negotiation process.
Mark supports clients by offering clear, empathetic communication and providing a sense of reassurance- he makes sure clients understand the legal process and their options and in this way he aims to alleviate stress.
He brings values of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to his work. Whether it’s liaising with clients, defendant solicitors, or court officials, he believes in clear, concise, and respectful communication.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, basketball and exploring new fitness routines. He also loves reading and is a keen problem-solver—he enjoys tackling puzzles and brainteasers in his free time.
