Mark completed his Law degree and LPC at Liverpool John Moore’s University. He worked in insurance for six years and dealt with personal injury cases from an insurance perspective. This experience led to his interest in dealing with claims for the victims of accidents, as opposed to the insurers.

He trained at a prestigious Liverpool law firm where he became a partner within two years of qualifying, remaining there for 14 years. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership and management roles at several highly successful North West law firms.

In addition to individual claims, Mark has also worked on a number of large PI class action claims in his career.

He has worked at TDS Law since its founding, helping launch the firm.

Mark enjoys being given the opportunity to help clients in need and believes in treating each client with patience. He tries to put himself in this client’s shoes so that he can appreciate the claim from their perspective. He is also a very dogged and determined lawyer and prides himself on being always available.

Mark is an Everton season ticket holder and plays very average golf.

He also likes to spend time with his family and their two dogs.
